I want to write more blog posts in 2019. I’ve had this goal for a while, but this year it will happen. To kick off this new writing streak, let's take a look back at The Church Wedding, one of my favorite moments from 2018!

I first met Sarah nearly 10 years ago (what?!) when my now husband brought me home to Maryland to meet his family and friends. Sarah and my husband grew up together as a part of a tightly knit friend group and I remember being so happy to get to meet the people who helped shaped the person he was. Tony's friends have always welcomed me with open arms so when Sarah asked me to photograph her wedding I couldn't have been happier!

Sarah and Billy had the perfect wedding weekend. Not only did the weather decide to cooperate (dodged the hurricane bullet) but the weekend was full of love and laughter. Most weddings are about the Bride & Groom, but Sarah & Billy's wedding was about family. They found a way to weave the presence of their son into every aspect of the day from the ceremony to the reception.
